About

This course provides an introduction to effective clinical training and mentoring.

It will introduce the basic philosophy, principles and practices that engage adult learners, including:

  • adult learning principles
  • the learning pyramid
  • emotional intelligence
  • giving feedback.

The course also aims to provide educators with a sense of enjoyment and satisfaction in the clinical education role.
