Who is Student Membership for?

Student Membership is for undergraduate students currently studying towards a paramedicine qualification. To be eligible, you must:

Be enrolled in an undergraduate paramedicine course of study
Not yet be registered with Ahpra or Te Kaunihera Manapou Paramedic Council
Not yet be employed in a paramedic role

If you're already a registered paramedic, including if you're undertaking postgraduate study, such as a Graduate Diploma; you'll want our Member category instead, which includes registered paramedics regardless of employment status.

Student Connect is FREE and provides foundational access to College communications, recorded content, and CPD tracking - perfect for exploring the profession.

Student Membership+ ($99 one-off) includes everything in Student Connect PLUS full eLearning access, live webinars, pre-employment program, and career support - ideal for students committed to clinical development and landing their graduate role.

Current student members will be transitioned to the new structure without disadvantage. Existing membership access will be honoured and upgraded at renewal or launch of membership program (implementation details to be confirmed).

The College provides learning resources, recorded educational resources, clinical content, student-focused webinars, community support and guidance from practising paramedics. It is designed to complement, not replace, university curriculum.

Students may access volunteering opportunities, committees, working groups and community activities where available. This helps build networks and professional identity early in their career.
