College 2021 Annual General Meeting - Board Election
The College held its Annual General Meeting on Friday, 29 October. The members elected for three-year terms Kate Worthington (NZ) and Anthony (Tony) Gately (NSW).

Awards and Recognition Committee Chair Simone Haigh announced the College's new Fellows and Life Member, and encouraged members to apply for Fellowship when applications are next open in 2022.
Former College Board Chair Peter Jurkovsky was named our newest Life Member in recognition of his tireless efforts to advance the paramedicine profession.

The recipients of Fellowship for 2021 were: Liz Thyer, Marty Nichols, Piaf Redmond, and Steve Whitfield.

At the Board meeting following the AGM, the Directors met and elected the office-bearers for the coming 12 months. Ryan Lovett was again confirmed as Chair and Marty Nichols as Vice Chair. We look forward to the College continuing to prosper under their leadership.
