Expressions of interest: NZ work opportunities with Search and Rescue Services

About Search and Rescue Services Limited (SRSL)

Search and Rescue Services Limited (SRSL) operate eight Bases with a fleet of 10 BK 117’s and one H145 T2 covering the Central and Southern North Island of New Zealand. You will join a whānau family of enthusiastic and experienced Pilots, Crewmen and Critical Care Flight Paramedics who provide an essential life-saving service to our local communities.

Our role encompasses providing the highest level of clinical care to many of our most vulnerable communities within Aōtearoa New Zealand, and as such we are committed to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and improving health equity and access particularly for the many Māori communities we serve.

As a dedicated government contracted EMS Helicopter provider, we operate on a 24/7, 365-day basis. Flexibility is needed to meet this requirement and you will have to commit to working both 24-hour shifts (on an on-call basis) and 12 hour shifts on-site.
