Researchers at Monash University are seeking AHPRA registered paramedics to share their experiences with Ambulance Offload Delay (AOD) or Ramping.
The aim of this research is to explore a paramedics experience of ramping and Ambulance Offload delay in rural, regional, and remote areas, and will seek to describe and understand this by gathering the lived experiences of these paramedics. By capturing this perspective, the expectation is to describe and understand the impacts of AOD on paramedics. This study will also allow for hypothesis generation and development of future qualitative and quantitative studies.
This study will ask participants to participate in a semi-structured interview which will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and occur via Zoom.
