The Executive Director, Country Operations is accountable to the Chief Executive Officer for providing strategic leadership and direction, and is responsible for the operational management and governance of the service area of responsibility to ensure that it meets agreed performance, quality and clinical standards in the delivery of quality Ambulance Services. The Executive Director, Country Operations has responsibility for circa 1250 volunteers and 690 career staff.
The Executive Director will participate as an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team, significantly contributing to the leadership, vision and strategic direction setting for the SA Ambulance Service.
Indicative Total Remuneration: $173,868.00 - $267,489.00 p.a. - Total Remuneration Package, dependent on experience - SAES1 - Full Time / Term Contract (up to 3 years)
