What is the study about? Researchers from Charles Sturt University are exploring paramedic perceptions of frequent users. We are looking to understand what paramedics class as frequent users, what they perceive as the main underlying complaint, and what paramedics believe could work to better serve this population group.

Why Participate? To give a broad view of the Australian paramedic's perception of frequent users. Information provided could help to improve guidelines, protocols, and patient experiences.

Who can participate? Ahpra registered Australian paramedics working anywhere within Australia that involves patient interaction.
