Job Opportunity: Regional Manager Northern - St John NT


St John NT is looking for a proven leader who has experience within the Ambulance, Emergency Services or Health Care sector.

As the Regional Manager - Northern you will be a strategic and collaborative leader with excellent interpersonal skills fulfilling a vital role within St John NT’s ambulance services division, overseeing the management of the Northern Region (Greater Darwin Region, Nhulunbuy and Katherine).

Based in Darwin and supported by a Manager Operations, Area Mangers, and Duty Managers, you will ensure the highest level of service delivery and will be responsible for Emergency Ambulance crewing, Patient Transport services, Intensive Care Critical Response Unit, and a mental health co-responder model. You will provide strategic leadership to approximately 150 Paramedics, ICPs and Patient Transports Officers. You will share your knowledge, initiatives, and solutions to contribute to the development of ambulance services across the Territory.

Working closely with St John NT volunteers and external stakeholders, you will be instrumental in the delivery of major events such as the Garma Festival, V8 Supercars, major music festivals, and sporting events across the northern region of the NT.
