This issue needs to be explored in more detail due to the negative impacts that this behaviour has on an individual’s health and wellbeing. This study aims to recognise the impacts of workplace bullying and harassment on paramedics and identify some strategies that paramedics have used to manage workplace bullying and harassment.

Who is this study looking for?
