Research Opportunity: Are you a registered paramedic who has completed leadership training in the last three years?


Monash University want to hear from you about how the leadership behaviours and skills learned in your leadership training have influenced your clinical practice.

Their research is investigating and describing the relationship between acquired leadership capability and clinical performance in the out of hospital environment with the goal of improving patient care.

Participation involves a single phone or video conference interview.

Are you eligible?

• An AHPRA registered paramedic.

• Completed post graduate leadership training as part of a course or in whole in the last three years.

• Employed in any paramedic role within Australia.

This project will be undertaken in line with Monash University Human Research Ethics Committee approval. Project Title: The relationship between Leadership and Clinical skills in paramedicine and the impact upon patient safety. (Project ID 38635).
