If you are currently completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Paramedicine) degree or diploma, or have recently graduated from a recognised NZ or Australia tertiary provider, this is your opportunity to take the first step in your career!
The Tertiary Employment Pathway is designed for students eager to enter the workforce and apply their studies in a real world setting. This role is to join Hato Hone St John as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) through a structured programme, it does not offer a pathway to Paramedic Authority to Practice.
The next intake will begin on May 19th, 2025, in Auckland. You will be fully supported through a comprehensive onboarding process, including a two-week induction, AORM, clinical support days, and a two-day local induction, ensuring you have the skills and confidence to succeed.
We are looking for driven and compassionate graduates who are committed to help us achieve our mission, and who have a willingness to demonstrate behaviours that align with Hato Hone St John core values - Do the right thing, Side by side, straight up, Make it better, Open minds.
