College Annual General Meeting 2024 - Board election
The College's 2024 Annual General Meeting was held on Monday 21 October.
Reports were provided on the 2023-24 financial year from the College Chair, Ryan Lovett; CEO, John Bruning; and Audit and Risk Committee Chair, Clive Addison. Members were provided the opportunity to ask questions of the Chair and CEO.

Members confirmed the re-appointment of Gabrielle Follett as an Appointed Director for a three-year term.

Kate Worthington was re-elected unopposed as an Aotearoa New Zealand elected Director for a three-year term.

Members elected Paul Simpson as an elected Director for a three-year term.
Chair Ryan Lovett thanked outgoing Director, Tony Gately, for his contribution over many years as an elected Director of both the Australian and New Zealand College of Paramedicine and post-merger with the Australasian College of Paramedicine.
At the Board meeting following the AGM, the Directors met and elected the office-bearers for the coming 12 months.

On behalf of the Board, Chair Ryan Lovett thanked Clive Addison, previous Audit & Risk Committee Chair, for his valued contribution in the role.
